We know that choosing an experienced partner for change management in a company is not easy. We also know that we are confident about and fully understand the impact of our work.
We have been working for small and large companies from all possible fields for many years. We know the solutions for both a multinational corporation based in Dubai and a small family run business based in the foothills of the Jeseníky Mountains. We also know that we will find a solution for you.
We strongly adhere to several rules
You do not pay anything until you receive an acceptable, workable proposal for a solution to your problem.
We act professionally at all times and work with data securely. We work with absolute discretion.
We do not take commissions from suppliers and other entities. We are impartial and our client’s trust in us is paramount.

Although this job feeds us, our main mission is to help you. Company growth, reducing costs, problem solving - these are the things that energise us! We approach our assignments and the options that arise, professionally and with full responsibility, so that the value of your company is higher after the completion of the project.
It starts with sorting waste in our households and continues in our work. We also enrich the solutions we present to companies with an environmental protection aspect - for example, by turning waste into a new product. Where possible, we apply the principles of circular economics.
Employees without a manager do not work and a manager without employees has no meaning. We appreciate all the people who work at Widecco. We treat everyone openly and fairly. As we spend most of our life at work, we also do everything we can to make our employees like it here and feel their best.
We regularly support associations, contribute to charitable organisations or help ourselves. We currently donate regularly to the Good Angel Foundation (in Czech: Nadaci Dobrý Anděl). We don’t do this to win hearts on social media, rather to warm many beating hearts.
